We normally use DHL or UPS.

DHL is usually the way to go.

I tried to send some documents by fedex a few weeks ago but their website gave me so much grief I resolved not to touch them for international shipping anymore.

You can prepare your package and posting label online. Or you can call their office and find out how much it takes to actually send the package. Sometimes, what's online is a bit different from the real thing. Plus, you'll need to fill out some other shipping documents if the package has any commercial value.

Best of Luck!
