A lot of people have been writing editorials and new articles for HSM3 and have been leaving comments asking if they could be informed when and audition is coming up. Has anyone ever had thoses requests fulfilled?

The only people who will know about auditions for HSM3 are the agents who get the Breakdown every morning. Realistically, no one is going to send out notices to the kids on Yahoo Answers that auditions are imminent. Since the film is due out in 2008 I suspect they will film in the next few months or very soon. All the filming has been done in Utah, but I believe all the casting has been done in LA. Unless they decided to do an open call, you will need to have an agent in Los Angeles to get an audition. If however you live in Utah, I would keep my eyes peeled on local film alliance / commission / society websites for any info incase they need extras. They could possibly hire them locally unless they plan to teach everyone choreography and vocals in LA then have everyone travel to Utah. Either way is possible, but I would think it would be cheaper to do that in Utah so who knows!
