I'll be visiting Chicago November 3rd of this year. I wanted to take or utilize the horse drawn carriages for my girlfriend and I but wasn't really sure of what to see or where to go. Also, how cold is it in early Nov. up there? Thanks,

i took a carriage ride in december before. youll see them all over in the street. or look up on yahoo, horse carriage rides in chicago, and it should pull up some listings you can at least call before hand. Its not to cold, just make sure you have coats, and then the provide you with some blankets and then you can bundle up with your gf.

The horse drawn carriages on Michigan Ave will be hit. It is across from Michigan Ave shops. I think it is approx. 800 N. Michigan

Once you're downtown, it will be easy to find carriages. Any driver can take care of you - simple!

And it's most likely going to be cool - but not cold - when you're there. Dress warm, and maybe take along a blanket. It'll be fun, and you'll love it!
