In the past I would agree with those teams. But seeing as how they both have a lot of young talent and can score a lot of runs, I would have to disagree with you now. Not to mention the fact that the Diamondbacks are in first and the Rockies aren't too far behind.
I would have to say it's a three way tie between the Kansas City Royals, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and the Pittsburgh Pirates. You could probably even through the Washington Nationals in there.

Without a doubt, the White Sox are the absolute most boring team to watch. Except when they hit a homer, the Sox players bring no excitement to the game. Hawk and DJ? Please! If these guys were any more boring, they'd be broadcasting fishing tournaments in Alaska. 'He gone'? No! THESE two fools should be gone. These guys are about as exciting as Mr Rogers. Ozzie only does his ranting and raving for the cameras now, and WHERE ARE THE FANS?!?!? I've seen higher attendance at Olympic badminton games! The stadium is extremely plain and boring, and its surroundings offer nothing to look at. Hell, the city's own media ignores the Sox day in and day out. All their interviews are the same, sad and depressing. I'm not saying all this because I'm a Cubs fan. I'm saying this because it's the honest truth. Most boring team to watch? Look no further than The Cell.

The Pirates are by far the most boring team to watch. The don't play well, they have a definite lack of offense, a lack of colorful personalities, and a boring manager. Absolutely no energy on that team.
The Giants, even with all of the Barry Bonds hoopla, are boring to watch. They are old, slow, and punchless. Also Bruce Bochy teams seem to take on his personality, which is a boring one.
Washington also seems to be a boring team.

N.L- Florida marlins,
1. There best pitcher barely makes 10 wins
2. There stadium is always COMPLETELY empty
3. They face the Nationals like 30 times a year, yawn yawn
A.L- Chicago White Sox
1. They could blow a 15 run lead
2. If Buerhle's not pitching, they lose
3. If he could, Kenny WIlliams(gm) would trade A-Rod for a minor leaguer.

I woul say the devil rays. I also notice that alot of people say the royals, but as bad as they are they seem to have a game or two just about ever week where they score ten or more runs.
