1. It is technically illegal to download Windows XP
2. It wouldn't fit on a floppy.
3. Your computer should be capable of booting from a CD-ROM drive. If it can't, it may not be powerful enough to run Windows XP. If you still want to try it, though, the XP CD allows you to make boot floppies. Or you can download the utility from Microsoft (in sources list below).

Please, for the love of God, check to see if your computer is even capable of running XP. Here are the basic requirements from Microsoft (though I can do it on much lower, and most people recommend much higher):

233 Mhz Pentium Processor
64 MB of RAM
1.5 GB hard drive
CD / DVD ROM drive (I'm guessing you might not have one. If not, get one. They are cheap.)

the only way you're able to do it is to repeat the i386 folder to the no longer ordinary force by using employing a community port ( do you have a usb port? then get a transportable cd rom ) boot to the floppy then run the installation from the no longer ordinary force yet even stripped xp ( employing nlite ) it is going to sluggish you computer to an unacceptable circulate slowly as with 512mb of ram and that i'll assume an previous 486 or early 586 pentium 2 or 3 processor it in basic terms isn't nicely truthfully worth the installation of xp

There's no way to put XP on floppies, you need to use CDs, and if your computer does not have a CD drive, then it probably does not have the capacity for XP, sorry, but you should probably upgrade to a new PC.
