Was it not the Taliban we were after in Afghanistan, because they were giving Al Qaeda refuge in Afghanistan?

How can we vote for a guy who doesnt understand the targets of wars?

My point is this- by ridding the country of the Taliban, you essentialy cut the head off the snake.

I didnt think it was that hard to understand, apparantly Obama needs help understanding these things.

Saddam was never targeted as the mastermind of 9/11....where do you get your info.

apparently a lot of people need help understanding things. the taliban is not some small group of misfits. taliban constitutes half the "nation" of afghanistan. taliban consists of primarily Pashtun. "The Pashtuns are the world's largest (patriarchal) segmentary lineage tribal group. The total population of the group is estimated to be at least 40 million."

He means that Bin Laden is still running around free as a bird howling in laughter at the stupidity of a President who started an un-winable war in another country.
Obama is reminding you that the man who masterminded 911 is making a laughingstock of your nation.
