No, that is an old chip. Why is it not being made anymore, well since it is an Extreme Edition it is priced at about $1000, and can be outperfomed by a $220 Core 2 Duo E6600, hence not much of a market for one.

They over heated and burned out for a lot of people. It's still available but I don't think they manufacture it anymore probably because of over heating. Another reason is Duo Core is their main production line now. Maybe a 2.0 Duo Core is right for you just think of it as 4.0ghz :-p
