No. They spit saliva. And only when they want to eat what they're on, since the little pads on their feet tell their brains whether they're standing on something edible or not.

Nope.
There are thousands of different fly species, and a lot of them feed in different ways. Regular houseflies rarely vomit (regurgitate the contents of their stomach). Technically, they spit when they want to feed, but they don't try feed every time they land. House flies have chemical sensors in their 'feet' that tell them that they may be standing on a source of nutrients.

The poop and pee i'm not sure of of in spite of the indisputable fact that it somewhat is genuine. Flies have not got tooth/ jaws to take a chew like maximum different bugs. they have 'suckers', corresponding to that of a mosquito. So what they do is 'vomit' on foodstuff, this 'vomit' turns that area into liquid which they might particularly suck up and digest... so, definite they vomit on foodstuff.

Actually its kind of true. When flies land they excreet digestive juices as to taste and soften the substance they are about to eat. If they dont eat that substance then they just leave it like that.
