Why do people worship their cell phones?
They talk or text on them in theaters so everyone has to see the light.
They use the walkie talkie feature of their Nextel with the speaker cranked up so the world has to hear their conversation.
People answer or talk on them while someone is trying to take their order.
And lets not forget the all mighty important phone they must make while driving in the car and ignoring the rest of the traffic laws!
If you need to speak to that person so bad, put the phone down and drive to their house.

I used to talk with Jesus, but I don't get "immaculate reception" everywhere.
Your right though, people have no cell phone etiquette. I fly into a furious rage when some kid starts talking on his cell phone in a movie theater. And that stupid Nextel walkie talkie drives me nuts. Now I can hear both side of someones boring conversation punctuated constantly with BLEEP! What, is it too much trouble to hold the phone up to your ear?? ARRRR!

HeeHee! good question, have a star. From what I've seen of the world, The Cult of Phone wins hands down. I just like to say that I don't own a bible *or* a Mobile Phone (Cellphone to our American friends)

I love Christ and my cell is just a tool to speak with friends work ppl and family. But cells are necessity in this modern day my friend.
