883 is the smallest they make But i would not recomend a Harley. unless you have more dollars than sense. Hondas are a much more sensible bike.

i ride suzi sv650... more than anough speed and acceliration for street riding.

if u want to go on track, than gixxer 600 or cbr 600 would be perfect.

with a motorcycle endorsement there is no restriction in fl. make sure you get the endorsement, if you get caught riding withou it you lose your bike. no joke, i have seen it happen
