The passenger seat in my 95 silverado is having trouble sliding and is gets sort of stuck here and there. Anyone now what i can do to fix this?

Clean the beer cans and CD cases and the like from under the seats. Lubricate the rails the seat slides on (lithium grease is best for that) and then it should work better.

two things, lube the track it slides on, And if you look at the lever, you should see a wire that goes across from one end of it to the other side of the seat. Sometimes this wire gets stretched and won't fully activate the release on that side. Tighten it up a little and go from there.

Spray WD-40 on the tracks.

Take the seat(s) out and lube the mechanisms... you might even find some coinage in there!

spray the sliders with grease. they just get old.
