Language and math and the significance of 1774.
An aquaintance of mine told me that Annuit Coeptis means Anti-Christ; is this correct? He also told me that Novus Ordo Seclorum means New World Order; if so can you tell me the language of it? Also he told me something about secret service, men in black, and a organization about the writings of the Dollar Bill; can you tell me more about this? Also I wanted to know on the right side of the Dollar Bill on top of the eagle; there are these words too: E. Pluribus Unum; what do they mean? Also what language is that; if it's different from the left?
On the dollar bill; there is Roman Numerals on the bottom of the pyramid; these add up to 1774; what is the significance of all of this and what does it have to do with 1774?

Hmmm...Looks like you may be 0 for 3 here (or 1 for 3, anyway - You weren't far off on Novus Ordo Seclorum). The inscriptions you refer to are all in Latin.
Annuit Coeptis: God has favored our undertakings
Novus Ordo Seclorum: A new order of the Ages
On the date, the last two letters are VI (6), not IV (4), making the date 1776.
E Pluribus Unum: Out of many, one

Reverse Side of the Great Seal: The pyramid signifies strength and duration: The eye over it and the motto Annuit Coeptis (He [God] has favored our undertakings) allude to the many interventions of Providence in favor of the American cause. The date underneath is that of the Declaration of Independence and the words under it, Novus Ordo Seclorum (A new order of the ages), signify the beginning of the new American era in 1776.

Obverse Side of the Great Seal: The most prominent feature is the American bald eagle supporting the shield, or escutcheon, which is composed of 13 red and white stripes, representing the original States, and a blue top which unites the shield and represents Congress. The motto E Pluribus Unum (Out of many, one), alludes to this union. The olive branch and 13 arrows denote the power of peace and war, which is exclusively vested in Congress. The constellation of stars denotes a new State taking its place and rank among other sovereign powers.
