Can anyone tell me why the front brakes of my Aprilia RS 250 keep seizing up?. I have had the calipers off and lubricated the pots, and bled the system. They work fine after doing this but then the following day they have seized up again. Just a little bit frustrating. Cheers.

My guess is that the calipers need to be rebuilt.
New O-rings and dust seals, all the bores cleaned out and check the pistons for damage as this can cause your brakes to stick.
Be sure to lube the pistons and O-rings well prior to re-assembly.

With what did you use when you "lubricated the pots"?
Any oil in the system means trouble. Brake fluid only.

Crud is building under the piston's o-ring, causing it to clamp onto the piston.
Remove the o-ring and scrape the crud out.

Or the master cylinder needs to be rebuilt cause it isn't allowing brake fluid to return.

Kristin D sounds right.
What did you lube the "pots" (pistons?) with? Oil?
Never use anything to lube the rubber parts with except the proper grade of brake fluid, as it will make them swell!

tHE PISTONS ARE JAMMING and locking into place. this can be a VERY bad situation. I'd suggest replacing them.
