just got my pc back from the pc stor and now ever since i cant seem to get the speakers working,he told me there is a sound card in it,just to goto msi.com.tw and install the drivers,which i did and still nothing,on the device manger is says they are workin properly,so can anyone tell me as to why the sound isnt working,i also tryed windows update,a friend told me,but still no good,and a dout its the speakers cause its a new monitor wit the intergrated speakers,iv also tryed other speakers,just hope someone might know what im doing wrong,thanks to all,

you have not got the correct driver for the sound card . Try and get one

Of course, check that the speakers are in the right jack. Also try a different set of speakers or headphones (they usually use the same jack.) Last, but no least, make sure the audio on the PC isn't muted. Check for the speaker icon in the taskbar by the clock, double-click and make sure there's nothing related to output, muted.

Only other thing left to check is plugging the speakers into a different jack, it may be in the wrong one.

YOU NEED TO PLUG THE SPEAKERS PIN IN THE "GREEN" CONNECTOR OF SOUND CARD. IF THE PROBLEM EXISTS, YOU NEED TO WRITE THE COMPANY AND MODEL OF YOUR MOTHER BOARD.

take the computer back to the bozos that didnt fix it. tell them you tried what they told you to do and it still isnt working. they should fix it for free this time.
