The best solution is to switch on your rear fog light. He'll think it's your brake light and slam on the anchors. After a few games of this, he'll get bored.

Take your first, third and pinkie finger and curl them down making sure the middle finger is sticking straight up. Then promptly stick it out your driver's side window and display it high in the air.

I recommend the upward gesture ...as if your Vehicle was a helicopter and was ...going UP!
Use the middle finger for this gesture ... for some odd reason people seem to react more to it than the other fingers.

For me it wouldnt be a hand signal. I would take my foot of the accelerator and slow right up.....

That flip of the whole hand that says with such swell body language "WTF are you doing?" But this is only for white vans. All others get the bird. :) LOL
