The Scorpions help a loooooot. There's also the sound track of the Conquest of Paradise, I cry everything inside me out. I put the music so loud on and snob and cry. What a great relief comes afterwards. Sometimes Sade helps calm me but without making me tear. It just puts me in a state of calmness for sometime, after what I feel as if my chest were cooled. I love this feeling.
I really believe one should feel sad and let everything out (don't hold t back), otherwise it's gonna stay inside him, suffocating him and causing a huge burden on his shoulders and in his chest.
