How do you let go of a no good relationship? Please help me?

Am female who has been seeing a female who is in a relationship with a man at first it didnt mean much cause so was i how ever my relationship ended
which one brought us closer two lust turn to love and three i wanted her more any ways.
She felt the same but wasnt ready for the change i thought i could deal the factors of this relationship and i did for 18 months, why cause she was my bestfriend and lover however as time went on i wanted more i wanted a family someone to come home too no i wanted to come home to her however she kept telling me she need more time and i couldnt do any more so i broke it off to better my self. Now i feel as if i have no one and it hard to get back out and mingle.

Of course, your feeling the fact that relationships just don't end. They remain with us, until we can come to terms with them again, espacially during the old "breck-up" phase. Which really is nothing more then realizing that the relationship holds no more hope for us, so we have to let go of our faith in that individual to give us what it is we hoped so much for. Like you hoping for a family. Now your frist step really is to better understand what exactly happen here. That way you don't do the ignorant mistake of doing this to yourself again. Thats what the bad feelings are for, to force you to think this thru, learn, and then grow from it. Frist thing you need to accept is that your BOTH to blame for this coming to this point. Now figuring out what it is your both blamed for is sort of the frist big step. Her's I'm more then sure is going to come down to not truly understanding herself. Were not design to go from one relationship to another, thats just some modern idea based on romantic love coupled with the ideal that we most pursue our happiness.... Yours on the other hand is more yours to figure out, your the more complex charater in this story. See chances are she fell for you because for the frist time she might of had a geniune relationship. Unfronuntely to the new person to that game its intimadating, unnerving, and uncomfrontable. It takes time to change ourselves and no other person can do it for us. On to you thou, you need to maybe feel that this taught you if anything how good of a friend and lover you are and that if you choice to pick people that can't keep up with you in these areas your going to get burn.
