Since you dont KNOW what you want for your birthday, my guess is you have enough things to feel content in your life just how it is. Instead, why don't you suggest that any would-be gift givers support your favorite charity with a donation in your name?

instead of getting actual presents u could ask ur parents if u could go to a hotel with all ur friends and stay there a night as ur bday present.
or u could get a pet (if u want one this is the best time to ask)
or u could get stuff to fluff up ur room and make it perdy
