I recommend that you get a couple of friends that can help you land it on ground. To spot you and give you pointers. its also good to practice on a trampoline (maybe a friend has one) and do back bends or back walkovers. And just keep on practicing them so when you think you are ready, get a bunch of pillows and put them maybe on your grass (make sure you have a spotter) and just go for it.!!

Hope this helps :]

Can you take gymnastics at a local gym?? They usually have a "skills" class that concentrates on solidifying the basics, and they usually offer a "tumbling" class that can teach a back-handspring quickly.

well if u have a trampoline, or if one of ur friend has a tramp. than work on them on the trampoline until u master it, than when u go 2 the gym find some one that can spot u on them, if u cant find any one, than just ask ur friends. eventually u will have ur back hand spring!! good luck!! :]]]]]
