This is a country on the verge of a military takeover, has a 39million man army, and has nukes......again, I ask, do you really want these clownes in the White House?
Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Wednesday that he would send troops into Pakistan to hunt down terrorists, an attempt to show strength when his chief rival has described his foreign policy skills as naive.

email, you said "Bush invaded a country with no terrorists or weapons." Do you live in an alternate reality? What could possibly cause you to make such a ridiculous statement?
Iraq has been labeled by the State Department as a "state sponsor or terrorism" since the early 90s. The Clinton State Department listed Iraq as a state sponsor of terrorism in EACH of the "Patterns of Global Terrorism" released in the 1990s. But you believe that there were no terrorists in Iraq? Please come back to reality.
As for no weapons in Iraq, again, what are you smoking? Since the first gulf war, the UN had been trying to document Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. They found tons of such weapons and were trying to destroy them before Iraq kicked the inspectors out in 1996. And after the current military action defeated the Iraqi army, Inspectors found not only undocumented chemical and biological weapons, but delevoping weapons programs that were unknown to the UN. Read the Duelfer report.
You are completely wrong about terrorists and weapons in Iraq and you think that invading a country that is an ally and possesses nuclear weapons is a good idea. You may be as crazy as Obama is.

If the Bush administration wouldnt raid Iran upon learning they were aiding the insurgency, there isnt a chance in hell the Hussein Obama administration would raid Pakistan. That is just an empty threat and yet another liberal trying to appear tough on terror who if this war had been entrusted in 03, wouldve cut and run by now and wouldnt be anywhere near Iraq and Afganistan let alone Pakistan.
Democrats are unwilling to committ to military operations for more than 1-2 years. They cant stomach being on the unpopular side of a war and they certainly cant stomach troop loss. Even though statistically we've lost the fewest amount of troops ever given the amount of time we've been engaged.

He's black.. that is the main reason, like it or not. They are too afraid to point out that he has no experience.. because any criticism is then assumed to be because of this race. He has played it well....but I think that now since it is obviously just how sexist he is..I think the doors are open.. if he can be hateful.. then so can everyone else... he thinks its a joke that he called Sarah a pig.. and he can try to explain it away ll he wants.. it's not going to help. Would he put up with that name pasted on his wife.. and then the caller laughing on David Letterman and saying it was not meant for her.. not in a million years.. not to mention every black activist in the country would be screaming bloody murder. But the little white gal from Alaska is just supposed to take it and not mind. No way Obama.. you said it.. you know exactly why you said it.. and it is not funny or smart!

I'm not a Obama supporter, but I have often wondered why we are not in Pakistan already.
I think it has something to do with an uneasy agreement to let the Pakistani government handle the situation.
However, they obviously lack either the will and/or the ability to address the situation, so I say lets go.
This is one thing that I have agreed with Obama about.

he said "Maybe"
bin laden is in his Pakistan Safe Haven
it would be nice if we didn't make excuses ( like -"it's to hard to fight the war on terror, lets go to Iraq" )
We give Pakistan Hundreds of Millions of dollars ever year and for what ?
So they can keep bin laden safe ? Not Cool !
When the next attack comes, it will come from plans made in Pakistan's terrorist training camps. (not Iraq)

First of all the country is not nearly as vulnerable as you say; it does not have an army of thirty nine million, but just five hundred thousand (which is a couple hundred thousand smaller than ours) and Obama was speaking in the context of killing Osama Bin Laden. I know you neo cons don't give a damn about him or ever have, but he was the guy who killed three thousand Americans not Saddam Hussein.

He is addressing the need to restart "The war on Terror" and not the war for greed. So now the conservatives are against hunting down the terrorists. I thought liberals were weak on terror, I guess I wasn't paying attention. Is Iraq the liberals fault yet?

Because Al Qaeda is currently based in Iraq -- and all the arguments that supported an invasion of Iraq even more strongly supporting going after Al Qaeda in Pakistan.
It's really amazing -- when Democrats don't go after the terrorists, they get insulted. When they say we should go after the terrorists they get insulted -- seems like the insults really have nothing to do with their choices and policies.

All you need to know about Democrats are the words FLIP-FLOP.
I voted in favor of invading Pakistan before I decided for voting against invading Pakistan.
