Don,t apologise for bringing this up again, real football fans should keep bringing it up again and again, so that the powers that be are not allowed to forget it.
I for one applaud you for bringing it up again.

West Ham were fined a lot of money by the commission. Rightly or wrongly the decision was upheld later.
What amazes me is that the hammers beat Man Utd on the last day after Man U fielded a weaker side than was normal for them. Nothing was ever said by the authorities about that, nor were Liverpool ever held to account for the reserve side they sent to Fulham the week beofre that were beaten 1-0.
What about the 'agreement' made by Man U about the keeper they loaned to Everton stating he could not play against them? Third party involvement again!
I'm a West Ham fan myself, but think a points deduction would have been fair if it had been done months before, not with only three games left of the season.
Maybe if points had been deducted, Sheff Utd would still have gone down anyway, but nobody will ever know. Tevez was playing like an idiot earlier in the season and it was only when he decided to pull his finger out that anybody startted to be at all bothered. Does anybody seriously think that this level of anger would have been in place if West Ham had been relegated anyway?
It's mainly caused by Sheff Utd. What I don't get is why they lost so many matches that Tevez was not involved with. If they were so good, one man playing against them twice in a season should not have affected them staying up or going down.

West Ham escapes a points deduction for breaking transfer regulations regarding the signings of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano.
fined £5.5m but not deducted points much to the anger of their relegation rivals.
There should be more investigating into westham.
Furthermore, given the potential significance to our clubs of any further serious breach of FAPL rules by West Ham at this point in time, not to investigate immediately would be a breach by the League of their obligation of utmost good faith to us under FAPL rule B13.
That duty extends to investigating an alleged breach of the rules where there is some apparently credible evidence of a breach.Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore has rubbished claims the top flight are biased towards WestHam.WestHam escaped a points deduction despite breaking transfer regulations, with the Hammers' relegation rivals claiming they have been given an unfair advantage in the fight for survival.Scudamore has labelled the claim that the Premier League are biased towards West Ham as "one of the most offensive things I've heard".I don't get offended by much in this job but I find the suggestion that we wanted to keep WestHam in at the expense of so-called smaller clubs one of the most offensive things I've heard," Scudamore told Daily Mail.
I just hope that the truth comes out.......

it just won't go away, will it. as for west ham " tearing up their agreement" with joorabchian, i think if i were him, my exceedingly good solicitors would be involved, like months ago. there is a distinct smell of fish about the whole thing, and i think all parties would do well to keep alow profile if they want a share of man yoo's money. when it all comes out in the wash, the fa will look like complete t**ts for not doing the right thing and docking points, as they would have to any other lower league club. anyway, the boy can play a bit, hope he's still gracing english football this season.

West Ham should have been docked points months ago, but due to the incompetency of the authorites and the delaying tactics of the Upton Park club themselves, they appear to have got away with it. The EPL and FA have set a dangerous precedent here that will surely come back to haunt them. (Of course, once again, it's the lawyers who are laughing all the way to the bank.....what else is new?).

Got to agree with Bullet,
West Ham flaunted the regulations and if the FA had a bit of backbone, they would be playing Championship football this season.
Cheers

Considering that they still dont own him which they said they did, I think they should be fined as least 30 points next season

They SHOULD, actually, have been RELEGATED, - THEN docked POINTS, from the start of NEXT season! But, - like MANY "LONDON" clubs, - THEY believe that they are "UNTOUCHABLE", - or, "ABOVE THE LAW", in MOST things!
Who wrote their fans' "ANTHEM", - "I'M FOREVER BLOWIN' BUBBLES', - anyway?
MICHAEL JACKSON, was it?
