if there are medical conditions or mental and emotional problems it should not be frowned on, I think that the person that gets their sex when they need it and doesn't desert their spouse and continues to take care of them is a better person than someone that deserts a spouse because of lack of sex and leaves them with no one caring for them, it's just sex after all, why must we attatch all this other crap to it.
