If you're not dedicated to it at this point in your life then you won't get anything out of it.
If you feel like college isn't your thing right now, then stop wasting money. Go find yourself and then decide what you want. It's pointless to get into huge amounts of debt to come out of it still not knowing what you want out of life.
Not having a college degree doesn't mean you'll be working for fast food joints forever. It may be a little harder to get a high paying job, but it's not impossible.

No, college is not for everyone and I know it is hard at times and very expensive. But, you will regret it later in life if you quit now I guarantee it! You will get better jobs with better pay, if you have a college degree, trust me. It is one of the first things an employer will look at when you apply for a position. Most companies will not even take you application into consideration if you do not have a college degree. If you do not like college, try going to a technical college, or try going to college on line where you are in a more relaxed atmosphere, just make sure that the on-line college is accredited and legitimate. The best thing you can do for your future is to stay in college or at least find another one where you are happy and apply yourself in the classes there. Again, don't quit, stick with it, and you will be glad you did one day I promise!! If you want a job that has a future, with great pay and benefits, you need a college education.
I wish you the best of luck with your decision and in your future!

I agree that college isn't for everyone however, I'm wondering if quitting is what you do. I mean, you've done it once and now you're "seriously" considering it again.
Ask yourself why you're losing interest and see if you can make some changes there first, before quitting altogether.
If that doesn't work, at least you can say you tried. Right?

College is not for everyone. Just make sure you understand that job opportunities are few and far between without a college degree, and you can work at other places besides Wal-mart and Burger King w/o a degree, but advancing to higher paying positions usually requires a degree. If you can handle it, you should stick it out for a degree. If you don't like what you are doing, switch majors. Good buddy of mine, hated the program he was in, then he switched to a business major and loved it.

College is necessary! It shows that you are able to commit to something and stay with it until completion. It gives you a step up in a maddening world of competition where every little step up helps!
Maybe you're just bored with your current schedule. Go talk to the college counselors and let them help you set up a schedule that will be interesting and rewarding!
Stick with it, get your degree, you will not regret it!
Best of luck!

Be honest with yourself about what you really want to do for a job. If it takes college, then try to stick it out... If it requires some other sort of certification, find an approved institution and pursue that... Just don't find yourself left with no options or opportunities...Good Luck...

You will need training of some sort no matter what kind of career you choose.
Maybe you should investigate a different major. If you enjoyed the subject more the work might be easier for you.
Degrees don't always match careers. Mine are in psychology/ anthropology, and I work at a bank.

No -- it isn't for everyone. However, what is your alternative? WOuld you rather put in a few years of hard work and find a job that you love or find a job that is easy to do but doesn't pay well and is not fulfilling in the least?
