If you haven't started your period thats probably why. wait until you get and they'll grow. your still young anyways so don't worry about. =)

it can vary so much my best friend at school started really developing at 13, but at 16 1 was an A cup 18 a C cup and finally stopped growing at 20 and was a D cup. so it is hard to tell you but dont worry if it doesnt happen straight away.

When they want to. Everybody grows at a different rate. (I was FLAT when I was 12). They WILL grow eventually. Breasts grow until a woman is in her 20s, so you still have lots of time.

after you hit puberty, give it to your 14. people use to actually call me flat chested when i was about your age and make fun of me. Now, its the opposite. Ive grown...alot, so dont worry about it

it's different for many people usually it's before or around the same time when you get your period but i have some friends who aren't going to get them for a while after they have gotten their period

well did u get ur period? usually when u get ur monthlies that's when they start.
