i last vomitted about 20 minutes ago. i had a 'chocolate truffle classic' ice cream, from the 'heaven' range of nestle ice creams. it was bloody feral!
by the way, i didnt make myself vomit, it was so disgusting, my body got rid of it all by itself. cuz it knows a bad ice cream when it tastes it!

Yesterday. I had a bad reaction to medication and ended up vomiting all day. It was not pleasant.

It's been one year and 9 months. The last time I vomitted was from a hangover the day after Thanksgiving almost 2 years ago. Too much wine with dinner (about 3 bottles too much!)
