What punishment would you give an illegal who has raped 5 Ladies before and comes back and rapes a few women?

Should he have gotten put in jail on the first time he was caught ? But he was sent back into Mexico and he comes back and rapes a few more women. His records point out all his crimes. Do you think that they should again sent him back to Mexico so he can come back and do it again? Or should he faces all the charges and sentence like any other rapist?

I'm pro-immigrant, and even I think that he should have been prosecuted and sentenced to prison for the crimes the FIRST time. If he did it again, then he should pretty much be put away for life. That said, I'd say the same thing about a legal citizen who did the same thing.

he should have been jailed for maybe 25-30 years the first time. This time no jail or deportation. Just castrate him. That is his punishment and he can't rape anymore. I think people should do the time where they are convicted unless it is a country with severe civil rights violations. He could be sent back to Mexico if there were an agreement between your state and Mexico that he will serve X amount of time in jail in Mexico.

It should be the Mexican government who should be putting him in prison. I think that the American government should escort him to a Mexico prison and make his sentence there with the government! Because he is illegal, the American government can't do much but to kick him out of the country unless Mexico does something about it. Sucks how the world works sometimes.
