my sister has smoked cannibis for at least 15 years and she has become very eratic her kids never go wiyhout but they never no how to be around their mum she is 33 and acts like she is 16 almost everybody who no her thinks she is crazy and all the family is embarrassed by her everybody has to pussyfoot around her in fear of upsetting her by saying the wrong thing how do i convince her that her moods are hurting the people around her because she smokes cannibis?

Honestly, you have two options:
1. Call the cops on her. You'll be doing her kids a favor.
2. Forget about it. You can't get someone to stop. You can suggest it, encourage them, but in the end only THEY can do it.
Anyway you deal with this is going to upset her or have no impact on all. Frankly, for the kids' sake, I hope you'll just call the cops before they get hurt by her carelessness. Stop trying to spare her feelings and do what is right.

the only way to stop her,is to report her,it is not fair to her kids or anybody else,that has to walk on egg shells,because she has a problem
