There is several ways possible for this. The number 1 answer I believe, is to use Visual Basic Programming. (this comes with every version of Microsoft Office)

You will have to have a cell where you enter in the number i.e. 1023550.50 and have a button created that you press that will convert the number to text. It will take alot of programming depending on how high you want to go with the numbers.

I could help with it if you like, it is very simple programming, however, very time consuming. I could get you started and explain what to do so you could complete the programming.
