I am hoping that it does work. I have a lot of cherries, grapes, peaches, plums, apples, blueberries, etc and I am thinking that if I eat nothing but fruit for a few days I might lose some weight. :)

Um, no. you have all that glucose from the fruit, which will turn into starch, then fat. Eating nothing but fruit will overload your body with sugar, making it burn off the tiniest little bit and store the rest as fat for a future energy source.

You'll wrack up your system and either have one heck of a bellyache or the explosive diarrhea he warned you about (above) so I would suggest moderation and some kind of bread product or meat to slow down your system.

it depends how much u eat if u eat nothing but fruit and eat and eat and eat it wont do much good expect extreme discomfront describe above me, i suggest that u eat some vegatables 2 and dont eat a whole alot of them either... even if it's healthy it still can make u fat if u eat a lot of it
