You all are a bunch of idiots.
This person wasn't asking your moral stance, they were asking what is the average. Maybe they were raped, victim of sexual abuse, or "date rape" scenero. Maybe this person has a life threatening condition that can be aggrivated by pregnancy.
If you can't give this person the answer to your question, don't go shoving your morals and views down their throat. Its not your life, its not your decision. Go back to your bible thumping ways, and leave this person alone.
And to tell someone that everything will be paid for by adoptive parents isn't always true.
For the person who posted the question, abortions usually run around $500 or so, including followup visits. And remember, after abortion, miscarriage, or birth, you are very fertile and have a greater chance of getting pregnant again.

I'm not sure about IL, but I know in Florida (depending on the place) it'll run about $400. That includes everything, any meds, and the follow-up visit. Hope that helps. You should try just calling a place and asking, they are always very nice.

Why are even considering this, It's not that baby's problem because you laid their with your legs open and now you don't want to take responsibility for what you did . It's wrong to take an unborn childs life just because you don't want to step up and be a woman. Abortion is wrong and it's not right.

i know a girl who had one... it was done illegally though ( i didn't know that at the time) and it cost her $500.

If you give it up for adoption, they will pay a lot of your expenses. They will pay for clothing, food, housing. You should look into that before slaughtering an innocent human being.
