1. Title : Mother of the Grudge
Idea/Plot : A new president for the United Nations is elected and he turns out to be racist. He makes it a law for all people who have a disabilty or different phisical apperance (facial disfiguration, crooked leg) and locks them up where they aren't treated human. One day, a women deciedes to discise her self by giving herself a different apperance to be sent to the grudge(where the people are held capture) where her and a group she organized outside the grudge will help them escape.

Idea/Plot: In the past of a small town many negative events had happened causing death to alot. After putting up with so many evnts, a man with a gift steped and took place as the eyes of the town. His gift was to look with his eyes and see what was comming in the future to help prepare the of what was coming. It is untill one the man goes blind and the town has no more eyes. It is now up to the town to find someone else with the gift.

#1. Sounds similar to the book called Gathering Blue. People with abnormalities are killed as babies and dragged to a field where the "beasts" eat them. Written by Louis Lowry. I think it would be better to do that in a small town or a city, not the whole world. Personally, I like the 1st idea better, I would give it an 8.
#2. Really not into tha one, I would give it a 6 .

Number 1 sounds interesting. I'd give it a 6.
And Number 2 is a bit confusing for me. I think it may be a little too old for my age. I'm 14 and reading is my absolute favourite hobby. But I don't really understand number 2, so I give it a 2.

The United Nations has no political authority worth mentioning, and the UN Secretary General has no authority to make 'laws' for the UN. If you want to follow the idea, make your villain a tribal leader, and work with a village rather than the world.

This is such a common fantasy, and one so unlikely, that I don't think it will play. The seeing person you describe is more likely to be corrupted by his power than empowered by it to destroy corruption.

I'm not rating them cause neither interest me but I'll give you a little piece of advice. Ideas are a dime a dozen. Don't worry about the idea, if you can't write it, it won't work. Remember this, every idea you can come up with has been done before. Getting the idea is easy, but writing it is the challenge.

Both could be interesting if you executed them well. The first one sounds like the Holocaust but modern, lots of potiental if you don't get too preachy.
Second one sounds like it could be very preachy. But again, it all depends on your personal take of it. What causes this guy to go blind? Why are the people so dependant on his sight? These are some of the questions you will have to answer.
