Any health food store and it softens the cervix and you could use it up to 3 times a day I was told by my Dr.

Evening Primrose Oil acts like a prostaglandin which means it ripens or softens the cervix. This will help the baby to deeply engage in the pelvis.

You can take evening primrose oil, orally, in the last four weeks of your pregnancy. You should take three evening primrose oil capsules daily for the first week (36th week of gestation) and then one to two capsules a day for the last three weeks of pregnancy.

You can buy the caplets at any online health store - just google "Evening Primrose Oil." Or you can try a GNC store or maybe even Walmart or Target.
