Rice Puller Copper Metal?

What Rice Puller Does? I have a metal which attratcts rice...I heard that Satelite companies use this metal... and heard that NASA uses this...cost is around $500 million. Please let me know if this is a fact or a scam... I will appreciate your help and would like to do a business with you...if you can help to market this out of India.

I looked at the info at the site below. Could not really make much sense of it. Sounds like a scam to me, but they don't seem to be selling anything at the site.
