satellites wast sooo much time to go around the earth to get momentum, why cant they use rockets to go Jupiter or some where?

It saves energy.

The satellite "steals" some of the Earth's rotational energy by using the planet to "sling-shot" it out into space. The Earth's rotation loses an imperceptible amount of speed in the process.

Using fuel to generate this amount of power would mean using a rocket that probably would be too big to get off the ground and would be prohibitively expensive.

First, the time they waste is rather insignificant compared to travel time to Jupiter or somewhere.

Second, the around-the-earth maneuver uses far less fuel than would a "go for it" straight shot.

because going around the world is much more fuel and money efficient, and its rockets it has is mainly for maneuvering
