They should. Just plug them into the headphone jack on your laptop. Some laptops have a dedicate speaker out jack that you should use if it's available (it's pretty uncommon). You may want to change your speaker settings in Start>Settings>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices. By changing your configuration from laptop speaker to your new setup, you will get better sound.

Yes they work.... I plugged mine to my laptop several times and nothing terrible happened...... hope it doesn't to your laptop either.

yes but youre heading for trouble with fuses and such, the Ohmage on them is very differant
