I work with a cleaning lady sometimes. The way we work it out is that for a small place like yours, we would go in and do an initial cleaning for several hours, top to bottom. That would cost (depending on how funky it is) about $150. After that we go in once a week or every other week for about an hour for $60.
But, and here's the kicker...we are there to CLEAN. NOT pick up after you. You have to have it picked up before we get there, so that we can scrub and vacuum.
Hope that helps you figure out a cost plan.

Ok I dislike cleaning up lol...But I'll do it for you! For a small fee!
Kitchen/Dishes w/o dishwasher=$15
Bathroom=$25-$30 [Depending on how bad it is]
Bedroom=$10 [Underneath bed is an additional fee lol]
Laundry= $10
Closet=$5
Other areas or Dusting=$5-$10
Very reasonable! =D

Buy an outfit for each of my kids(My daughter is in a size 7, girls, and my son needs a size 3T) and a box of diapers, (size 5)-and I will be happy to clean your apartment. I'm on my second 32oz mug of coffee. I have to clean this house and sweep and mop. But I'll do your apartment first. I'll SORT your laundry, for you, but YOU have to wash it.

I retired and my wife still works. I have enough house work to do , plus the mowing, home and auto repairs. Then some one is always asking me to work on their guitar or amp. Sorry I just don't have time.

I would do it free, but the plane ticket would cost a lot. LOL
Don't worry about your house, just concentrate on your schoolwork. As soon as you start feeling better you can worry about the house.

well I could use a downpayment on a house but I'd do it for free. Oddly enough, I enjoy cleaning.

well if its a giant mess and Alot of work you should pay them pretty good , and it depends on how good they cleaned your house .
