Asked a friend (female) to fogive me and she said that we both had been hurt and it would be best to give her sometime and that if I respect her I would leave her alone. Cause she did like talking to me too and could see me as a friend and would do anything for her friends. About 10 days went by and then I seen her in the club. I said I missed her. She said "I know and its ok" and then gave me a couple of big hugs. I went out on the floor to dance with another friend and ended up dancing with her as well, but two days later I sent her an email and that I had fun and it was good to see her but she would never respond and I sent 3 more and tried to call her that night as well, and she was mad when she answered the phone and said she was busy and would call me back. She never called back and I have not heard from her since, and I have not tried to contact her. Why did she say it was ok that night I seen her and dance with me? Is she just being nice and not wanting anything to do with me?

Running into each other isnt the same as you calling her. This is strictly coincidental. You calling and calling is smothering to her.

I think she just needs some time without the phone calls.

Running into each other is fun, and is like friends again.

But dont stalk her and "run into her" on purpose.

I hate to say it but yeah, she's just trying to be nice. She could be embarrassed by you. or she could still be very mad at you. you could try giving her roses or another flower that she likes. Eventually she'll come around but for right now maybe you need to play the hard to get thing. if she won't pick up for your calls then you should ignore her too. If you guys were meant to stay friends then you will, but if she's treating you like you don't mean anything then maybe she's not worth your company

You state above, "if I respect her, I would leave her alone", I think that is what she means.
