Look I do not disagree with what you are trying to do but i do not see how I living over 20 miles away can possibly have any sway with your local health body. I do know that road and at busy times it is almost impossible to get through Omsk to a hospital on the East side without perhaps going through Parbold or one of the other small villages near there.

Sorry, have to agree with the previous respondent - it is not the remit of the Central government, so signing this is urging the Prime Minister to do something he is powerless to do even if he wants to...
