what its all about?we live and love..we work hard..we feel happiness and sorrow..we collect and gather all this stuff ,we gain we lose..we struggle and feel pain.. then we are gone...and so i wonder...does any of it really matter as much as we think?

It all boils down to friends and family....not what we do, failed to do, or will ever do...bottom line is family and friends...they're the ones that care for you...and you for them...they'll be the ones to carry your memory or the memories of time shared together...that's what really matters...our stuff doesn't amount to a pile of poop. It's the people we love!

You make a very good case for "oblivion". I guess that life is like Santa's bag of toys. we put in it the bag of life all the things which your mentioned and try to put more joy and happiness then sorrow. Even though we all have our share of tears and sorrow. I guess that's what goes into this thing that we call "life" without them, we really have oblivion ,and no reason to continue life. I noted that you did not bring the concept of God in your question. I see that you are wearing a Nurses cap, so you deal with life and death on a daily basis.
I believe that when a baby is born, that it is God telling us that he wants the world with all its imperfections to continue.

Nothing in this Life is Perfect, so, what we're doing here, is just trying 2 get through everything the Best way possible or so we think... Whether we like it or not, there's something in our MinD, BoDy & SouL, that needs to be fulfilled.
It's what makes us keep Living & Spiritually Stronger.

i've got been "American adverse" and that i agree that this is totally diverse than being in a third international usa and adverse. on the different hand, this is all relative. A billionaire may be depressing living my existence, and that i think of i'm fairly extraordinarily lots-off now.

owch! I don't know, but the question doesn't make me feel too good! I despair at life sometimes and resent it for having to go through it , but we have no choice, it's either that or be really selfish and end it. Seen as we only have one chance, one go we have to make the best of the cards we're dealt, i suppose!
