Even though it is a horrible thing to talk about why does it exist? People seem to have fetish's about these kinds of thing...it's derogatory...

But would you condiser child paedophillia to be something like this:

A man of 20 going out with a girl of 15 years? Well looking at some of the answers in Yahoo! Answers and questions people keep asking questions like this and getting some really contrastical answers...

Why are they allowed? And is this considered child paedophillia? I think it is...

I think people like this should be banned.

But what do you think?

ALSO I have read peoples answers saying things like "I would rip your p**** out" to a person who wants an opinion on whether a girl wants to go out with men over 20 years old - I exclaim that 21 year old men talking to a 15 year old like this is sick and sometimes it is not even banned...

A very emotive subject!

True paedophiles & prepubescent children, just the thought makes me feel sick, once the adult is proved without a doubt guilty, then execute them, male or female.

The other area is a grey one, yes to me disgusting, but working in a secondary school for almost 25 years, the 13 to 16 year old school girl, in uniform, bears no resembalance
to the one wearing make-up, and 'fashion clothes' and is out on the town.

The media need to wake up thier ideas, recently a 21 year old was called a woman, next story a 38 year old was called a girl.
0 to 12 girl
13 to19 teenager
20 plus woman.
That is the basic limits I was bought up on, or am I wrong.

Anyone above the age of 16 dating a child under the age of 16 would and could legally be classed as a paedophile and their name be placed on a sexual offenders list.

However, if my daughter at 15 was dating a 20 year old I would be having a serious chat with him and her. I wouldn't see him as a pervert but would like to know a lot more about him. That age is on the cuff of being legal so i guess you will always have some people say it's ok and some say it's not.

It is all about what people and society finds offensive.

Only 150 years or so in the UK, it was perfectly normal for a girl to be married at 11 or 12.

I think most cultures find child sexualisation replusive, but many cultures consider girl to be women when the start menstruating which can be quite young these days.

I guess the appeal is purity, power and the excitement of it.

It is interesting again, that until recently, homosexuality wqas considered abohorrent and disgusting. Not trying to lnik the two, I completely disagree with that, but just noting that what the public thinks is disgusting and perverted can change over time. The point I am making is that it is not inherently disgusting to us, but what we as a society have decided is digusting.

LEGALLY the 20 yr old IS a paedophile whether the 15 yr old consents or not.If convicted in a court of law he is LEGALLY a sex-offender.
MORALLY though things are a grey area in the UK since 16 is the age of consent BUT apart from the simple fact of there being ONLY 5 years difference in age WHY would a 20 yr old WANT to go out with a 15 yr old who is LEGALLY still a minor ?You could argue ,rightly ,that girls mature quicker than boys physically ,she may LOOK older than 15 ,ACT older even BUT at the end of the day she is STILL underage and any sexual relationship is still ILLEGAL in the eyes of the law and immoral in many people`s eyes.

What you have to remember is 15 year olds today tend to look, dress and act much older, so to me its not true paedophillia, which I see as men (or women...but not many) liking younger sexually immature children.
This is when its truly sick, and I do think there should be harsher punishment for these sick b*stards.

A 20 -year-old man going out with a 15-year-old girl is a peculiar situation to say the least. I've seen several cases personally.

Most parents would not consent to it, and they are right.

theres a thin line between child and woman/man and a thin line between being with someone young for bona fide reasons or because you have a hang up on very young people

sexual consent of 16 is a guide line because simply there ARE girls that age that are too immature to understand relationships or the responsibilities of sex
My cousin moved in to a house and was told on the 1st day a paedo lived down the road in the house with all the smashed eggs on the walls
He had consentual sex with a 15 y/o when he was 18....not knowing her real age
With all this, it gets muddier as you get to the sicker people who want children
They have relationship based inadequacies that make them think it is ok to love someone who is a child physically
They often dont understand or see a differance
all these differances are wooly to wrong but when theyre treated as the same, the real criminals(?) get away with more than they would if there was a better way of dealing with the wooly cases
Personally i think there should be a definate division of age where younger people having sex is divided off, IE
16-20 having consentual sex with someone they thought was legal but was actually say 2/3 years below the age is dealt with in a differant way
But, its highly impractical and still open to abuse so it would never happen
Maybe the age of consent should be individual and decided by a doctor or councillor
A child of 15 is going to have sex if they want to, if they understand the implications because they are intelligent or responsible enough we could spend more time targetting the 50 y/os trying to screw 14 y/os

and fyi, my GF if very life experianced and we get on great, she also has 2 kids which i lack, our age gap is the least of our worries.

I recommend that youdo lock your door and perhaps shove a towel or some textile to block the sunshine from beneith your door. As for sound, purchase a headset so as that the sound is going into the ear particularly of the full room. You dont somewhat need the sounds of a woman groaning filling the entire room now do you? Let's get one thing straight!

There's under-age sex, and then there's paedophilia!

21yrs going with a 15 y/o is under age, whereas 21 y/o going with <15 is quite clearly paedophilia.

Either way it's pretty bad, but I know which one causes me the most contempt, and it's the latter of the two I have mentioned.

By the way, the plural of fetish is fetishes NOT fetish's

Some people say that Paedophilia is a sickness.Well it would be interesting to see how many of these so called 'sick' people become miraculously cured if we introduced the death penalty to paedophiles
