Homeopathic Treatment for Snakes Bites :-
ARNICA MONTANA 200 + LEDUM PAL 200 + NATRIUM MUR 200, 3 drops each in a sip of warm water, three doses with the interval of 10 to 15 minutes on the first day,once daily for the next 3 or 4 days and then once weekly till 100% better.
Cobra Bites are very dangerous and most of the time appropriate anti venom is a must or it can prove fatal.
The above prescription is useful in all sorts of poisonous insect and snake bites. For spider bites after the initial three doses on the first day just once daily till cure is advised.

There is no natural remedy that I am aware of. Cobra bites and sprays can kill in less than an hour. It may be that there is a homeopathic version of cobra venom, like Lachesis (which I think is homeopathic Bushmaster venom), but unless you are already in possession of this, you MUST proceed immediately to the Emergency Room. Do you not already know this, living in cobra country??? Go at once, or is this a total joke?

Where ever it bit him tie something really tight around that area to stop the blood flow from going to his heart (or at least slow it down).
Then go to a hospital ASAP NOW! Get off the internet, and go... call 911 or whatever emergency # in your area and let them know that you are on your way and why and what condition your brother is in at the moment and follow their directions.
Even if you don't have $$ or insurance go to your ER (emergency room), most country's are forced to take everyone and at least "stabilize them". In other words, they will try to take as much poison out of him or fight it with something that neutralizes the poison.
You don't have time to make a natural cure, it would take hours, and he might be dead by then (most likely). The cure is to get a sample of the poison so that you can make anti-poison from it.

Get to a hospital as soon as possible. Otherwise, ask a local person what they would do for it - they may have a remedy. Don't think you're going to find the cure at Savon Drugs.
PS: DON'T suck out the poison or both people will die!!!
