Lots of science, obviously biology. Statistics will help as well, also try and get as much hand on experience as you can, volunteering at aquariums or local sea life or sea life rescue centres or zoos or try to get into a marine biology summer program for teens.
Have a look at this site:
http://www.marinebio.org
Loads of information on marine biology and the education to get into it, and if you don't want to trawl the site, have a look in the forums or ask a question there:
http://www.planktonforums.org
Full of marine biology students, future marine biology students and some marine biologists as well.
Also check out the faqs on the main site:

At the high school level, any college prep curriculum will do. Don't worry about taking specialized classes in high school -- Its best to get the broadest education you can get in high school. The main thing to do in high school is to get a solid background in math and science. Chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, biology, and calculus are the core courses needed. Advanced algebra and trigonometry can be substituted for calculus, but you are better off learning calculus.

When I was looking into becoming one, the professors I visited at FIT(Florida Institute of Techonology: has ony of the best Marine Biology Programs). They said to take advanced math and science courses.. and of course AP Biology, it would prepare you from the work to come. I will leave in my reference the website for FIT.

You will have to get a degree in college..but you can certainly take classes in high school that will help you prepare for college majoring in one of these subjects. ANY science classes will help: biology, chemistry, physiology, ecology, etc.
Physics and statistics would help as well.
