about internet?

after what time the internet costs nothing? is it after 10 or 11 p.m.?

The internet never costs anything. Now, access to the internet, that's another question. Depends on your service provider. I don't know any that have a "costs nothing" period. Usually a flat rate for access to the internet. Not like phone service where after 7 or 9 or some other time has "free" periods.

It depends on the company providing you the connection.
