No, at least not intrinsically. I would imagine that its possible that, under certain circumstances, a case could be made for racial discrimination or similar.

If you get "booted" from a chatroom, and you haven't used profanity of CAPITALS, chances are you're chatting with the wrong kind of people ... intelligent people do not boot others out of chatrooms because Free Speech is an American's right!
