No because I have learned to not have expectations...if the promise is kept, great...if it isn't, oh well, not the end of the world.

yes because i never keep my promises...i always promise to never hurt the ones that i love again and i always end up hurting them anyways

yes!!! the littlest promises have such a huge impact on me. i can't get past them. i promised something 2 years ago and before i die, i will get it done.

not just keep me down but it slowly eats me away,it consumes my thoughts and torments me,I take promises very seriously =)
