I was banned from a site b/c I was being obnoxious. I guess they tracked my isp address, so I can't log in to the site. I tried using my another computer and I still can't get access to it. I think they bloced my isp address...what solutions do I have to prevent them from doing so?

Don't be obnoxious.

They have blocked your IP address, not the entire ISP block of addresses. Unless your computers have their own dedicated ISP service it doesn't matter which one you use behind your modem, they'll all show externally with the same IP address. About all you can do is contact the site that blocked you and ask them to unblock you. Another less appealing alternative would be to go to the library and connect from there.

All right there are few thing you can do to get on the website:

1) Use the guardster proxy http://www.guardster.com/subscription/proxy_free.php to surf anonymously, its free.

2) if you are connected to the internet without a router then
a) start----> run then type cmd
b) type ipconfig
c) then type ipconfig/release
d) then type ipconfig/renew
e) type in exit
3) use hide ip platinum or any other proxy...

proxy list here http://www.freeproxy.info/en/free_proxy/cgi-proxy.htm

also stop being obnoxious, because that is not nice to other people who are on the internet
