Most modern blocking systems block access to proxies as well. The blocks are usually updated daily so even if you find one that works today it will probably not work tomorrow. Back to work, I guess!

Circumventing Internet access control systems with web proxies to access unauthorized web sites is a violation of company computer usage policy. You will get fired from your job when you get caught. Use company computers for work, and the personal web surfing can wait until you get home. Do you really want your boss and company IT administrators knowing what web sites you visit anyways?

Easy - don't get past the blocks. Someone has installed them for a reason. If that someone wasn't you, then you have no right to bypass them, since it's not your internet connection, and you're stealing.
