You get to sit back on your moral "High Ground", while the schmuck that did every underhanded thing he could, but "Brown nosed" up to the boss, gets the promotion, the cash, car, chicks, and everything else.
I know It always makes me feel better, for living like one is supposed to....trying to be the best person I can be, teaching my kids that there are true things like "Right" and "Wrong" and some times life is a little of both. Telling the truth, being honest, with yourself, and others.
And still getting screwed by the bast*rds, just about every time.
But at least I can look at myself in the mirror every night, and know I did my best to be the best guy I could be......
and there is always tomorrow.
