i like to place barbeque sauce on a number of the beef and go away some (on an identical skewer) undeniable -- beef, beef, poultry. Any vegetable which will proceed to exist a skewer is nice -- carrot, potato, bell pepper, corn, onion, mushroom, candy potato, zucchini, butternut and different squash, and pineapple.

a mixture of lamb and beef for gyro meat...of course plain lamb/beef/ and chicken here in the usa..but I have had an iguana kebob out side of the usa!
of course on the other hand, have you ever wondered about the dwindling rat population in some places in the city???

i would say it's a regional thing and availability ,,,,there's plenty of spare rat's in NYC right now ,,there was rumor of cardboard being used in China (it's a mystery and should remain that way )
