Clare I think it is great, go to ASDA as they are much cheaper then the likes of toy r us and argos

Definetly, if my parents would let me, I would go out and buy one right now! There are many videogames that are and will be available for the Wii. Some include,
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Super Mario Galaxy
Mario Party 8
Resident Evil 4
Metroid prime: Crruption
Wii Sports
Wii Play
Super Smash Bros. Brawl!
Wii Fit
and you can play lots of gamecube games on it as well. It is very CHEAP cwhen compared to Sony's Ps3, at $500, and Microsoft's Xbox 360, and $400. And those consoles have been out for a while, longer than the Wii!

DON'T sell it unless you like mario and are 5 years old. i played the wii. at first it is fun but then it just gets boring. I suggest a psp. it has all the capabilities of a regular game system but its portable and you can surf the web, listen to music, view pictures, and watch movies from the internet on it. i like it way more than the ps2, gamecube, wii, and xbox. plus its only 169.99

Oh yeah it's totally worth it. I've never played one but I've heard that they are so much fun, and my cousin has one on top of it. But in my opinion I think you should just keep on saving for something better.

I wouldn't pay $250 for thew Wii. I don't think it's worth it. You should get a PS2 for only $89.99. It's one of the best and affordable gaming systems.

I don't know how you'll like it, but my friends seem to like it. I've played a few times, but I'm not big into video games so I don't want to buy one. Oh yeah, and we're all grown men. Have a nice day!

definately worth it! we got our daughter one for her 10th birthday & its brilliant! the whole family can play it & actually having to do the actions of the game your playing, ie: golf swing. then you can get quite sweaty & out of breath. you really do burn up the calories playing on it.
